The rate at which homes were foreclosed in Texas from April to June has increased by three percent than the rate at which this took place in the first quarter of the year. The first quarter was heavy on the Texas foreclosures market, and the trend is only predicted to increase in the coming months. However, real estate speculators do not want to comment on whether or not this trend will hold out after the end of the year.
