The rate of foreclosures in California has definitely hit the sky and so has the rate for San Diego foreclosures.
After the end of the second quarter, experts say that almost 20,000 homes within the San Diego County have gone for foreclosure filings. A county with a population of 2.9 million, if the number of homes going into foreclosure keeps increasing like this then it will be quite difficult to sustain the economy. At the same time, this is definitely good news for investors and first time homebuyers who can now invest in some of the most beautiful homes in the county.
